DMCA & Content Removal

Feetpik respects copyright, privacy, consent, and content ownership.

If you believe content on Feetpik infringes your copyright, uses your image or identity without permission, violates your privacy, or was uploaded without proper consent, you can request a review and removal.

We take these reports seriously because Feetpik is built around trust, creator control, and safe adult content sharing.

When to submit a removal request

You can contact us if you believe that content on Feetpik:

  • infringes your copyright,

  • was copied or reposted without your permission,

  • uses your image, likeness, or identity without consent,

  • was uploaded by someone pretending to be you,

  • contains private or personal information,

  • violates your rights,

  • or breaks Feetpik’s platform rules,

  • may be illegal or otherwise violates applicable law,

  • violates Feetpik’s Standards, Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or platform rules.

Not every removal request is a DMCA request. Some reports may involve privacy, impersonation, consent, or safety concerns instead of copyright. We review each report based on the information provided.

What happens after you submit a request

After we receive a report, we review the information provided and may take action such as:

  • removing the reported content,

  • disabling access to the content,

  • restricting or suspending the account,

  • requesting additional verification,

  • or rejecting the request if there is not enough information.

We review and resolve all copyright, privacy, impersonation, consent, and unauthorized content complaints within five (5) business days of receiving the report.

If additional verification is needed, we may request more information, but the complaint will still be reviewed and resolved within this five (5) business day time frame.

Complaints, Review and Appeals Policy

Feetpik permits anyone to report content that they believe may be illegal, non-consensual, unauthorized, infringing, harmful, abusive, or otherwise in violation of Feetpik’s Standards, Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

Reports may be submitted by the person depicted in the content, the copyright owner, an authorized representative, a user of the platform, or any third party who believes the content should be reviewed.

How we review complaints

After a complaint is received, Feetpik will review the report, the reported content, the account involved, and any evidence or information provided by the reporting party. We may also request additional information if it is needed to properly evaluate the complaint.

All reported complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.

During the review, Feetpik may temporarily restrict access to the reported content if we believe this is necessary to protect users, comply with applicable law, or prevent potential harm while the investigation is pending.

Possible outcomes of a review

After completing the review, Feetpik may take one or more of the following actions:

  • remove the reported content;

  • disable access to the reported content;

  • reject the complaint if the report is incomplete, unsupported, or does not show a violation;

  • request additional information or verification;

  • warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate the account responsible for the content;

  • preserve relevant records where required for safety, legal, or compliance reasons;

  • take any other action we consider necessary to enforce our Standards, Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.

If the investigation determines that consent was not given, is invalid, has been withdrawn where applicable, or cannot be verified, the content will be removed.

Appeals

Any person depicted in reported content, any user whose content was removed or restricted, or any reporting party who disagrees with the outcome of a complaint may submit an appeal.

Appeals should include:

  • the original report or content URL, if available;

  • a clear explanation of why the decision should be reviewed again;

  • any additional evidence or context;

  • your contact email address.

Feetpik will review appeals in good faith and may uphold, reverse, or modify the original decision. Appeal outcomes may include restoring the content, keeping the content removed, applying additional restrictions, or taking further account-level action where appropriate.

If you disagree with the outcome of your appeal, you may request that the disagreement be resolved by a neutral body, as described below.

Resolution by a neutral body

If you disagree with the outcome of an appeal, you may request that the disagreement be resolved by a neutral, independent third party ("neutral body"), such as an independent dispute-resolution or arbitration service.

  • Any person depicted in the reported content, any user whose content was removed or restricted, and any reporting party may request neutral-body resolution after receiving the appeal decision.

  • The review by the neutral body is provided at Feetpik's expense. You will not be charged any costs for the neutral body's review.

  • To request it, email [email protected] with the subject line "Neutral Body Review", a reference to your original complaint or appeal, and a brief explanation of why you disagree with the decision.

  • Feetpik will cooperate with the neutral body in good faith and will comply with its decision, including restoring content or keeping it permanently removed, as determined by the neutral body.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice.

Your counter-notice should include:

  • your full legal name,

  • your contact email address,

  • the removed content or URL,

  • a statement explaining why you believe the content was removed by mistake,

  • a statement that you consent to the appropriate legal process,

  • your physical or electronic signature.

Send counter-notices to:

[email protected]

False or abusive reports

Please do not submit false, misleading, or abusive reports.

Removal tools are meant to protect copyright, privacy, consent, and user safety. Misusing the reporting process may result in account restrictions or other action.
