Acceptable Use Policy
Feetpik is built to give creators and buyers a safer, more private, and more respectful way to buy and sell foot-related content online. This Acceptable Use Policy explains what is and is not allowed on our platform.
By using Feetpik, creating an account, uploading content, sending messages, buying content, selling content, or interacting with other users, you agree to follow this policy. If you violate these rules, we may remove your content, restrict your account, suspend your account, permanently ban you, withhold or reverse transactions where allowed, and report serious violations to the appropriate authorities.
This policy applies to all parts of Feetpik, including profiles, usernames, bios, listings, photos, videos, private messages, custom requests, reviews, comments, offers, transactions, and any other user-generated content.
1. Adults Only
Feetpik is strictly for adults.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your location, whichever is higher, to create an account or use Feetpik.
You may not use Feetpik if you are under 18. You may not create an account on behalf of someone under 18. You may not upload, request, describe, sell, buy, promote, or discuss any content involving a minor.
This includes content where a person is actually underage, appears underage, is described as underage, is presented as “barely legal” in a way that suggests youth exploitation, or is styled to imitate a minor.
We have zero tolerance for any minor-related sexual content.
2. Consent Is Required
All content shared on Feetpik must be created and posted with full consent.
You may only upload content that belongs to you, that you created yourself, or that you have clear permission to use. You may not upload someone else’s photos, videos, screenshots, private messages, or personal content without their consent.
You may not post or sell content that was created through pressure, manipulation, threats, blackmail, intoxication, abuse of power, financial control, trafficking, or any other form of coercion.
Consent must be real, informed, and ongoing. If someone withdraws consent, you must stop using their content.
3. Prohibited Content
You may not upload, request, sell, buy, promote, describe, or distribute content that includes or encourages any of the following:
Minor-related content
Content involving minors is never allowed. This includes real, fictional, simulated, AI-generated, edited, illustrated, roleplay, or suggestive content involving minors or people presented as minors.
Non-consensual content
Content shared without permission is prohibited. This includes leaked content, revenge content, hidden camera content, stolen photos, hacked content, secretly recorded content, or content taken from another person’s private account.
Exploitation or trafficking
You may not use Feetpik to exploit another person or support exploitation in any form. This includes trafficking, forced content creation, threats, intimidation, abuse, manipulation, debt control, or taking over someone else’s account or earnings.
Violence, harm, or abuse
Content involving violence, serious harm, physical abuse, torture, threats, or glorification of injury is not allowed.
Illegal content
You may not use Feetpik for anything illegal. This includes illegal sexual content, illegal goods or services, fraud, extortion, money laundering, identity theft, stolen payment methods, or attempts to avoid law enforcement.
Hate, harassment, and threats
You may not attack, harass, threaten, shame, stalk, blackmail, intimidate, or abuse another user. You may not promote hate, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
Impersonation
You may not pretend to be another person, celebrity, creator, brand, company, or Feetpik team member. You may not use someone else’s identity, photos, name, likeness, or profile details in a misleading way.
Stolen or copyrighted content
You may not upload or sell content you do not own or have permission to use. This includes content copied from social media, paid platforms, private chats, other marketplaces, websites, or AI tools trained or used in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Spam and misleading activity
You may not use Feetpik to spam users, send mass messages, create fake engagement, manipulate reviews, create fake accounts, mislead buyers, or post deceptive listings.
Unsafe external payments
You may not pressure users to move transactions away from Feetpik in order to avoid platform rules, fees, safety checks, or buyer/seller protection. External payment requests may result in account restrictions.
4. Creator Rules
Creators are responsible for everything they upload, sell, write, and offer on Feetpik.
Creators must make sure that:
Their content is legal.
Their content belongs to them.
Their content does not involve minors.
Their content was created with full consent.
Their profile does not mislead buyers.
Their listings accurately describe what buyers will receive.
They do not promise content they cannot or will not deliver.
They respect buyer boundaries and platform rules.
Creators may sell foot-related photos, videos, albums, and custom content as long as the content follows this policy.
Feetpik allows creators to stay anonymous publicly, but creators may still be required to complete private identity verification before selling. Verification helps protect the marketplace, reduce fraud, and keep underage users off the platform.
5. Buyer Rules
Buyers must treat creators with respect.
Buyers may not pressure, threaten, manipulate, shame, or harass creators. Buyers may not request illegal content, minor-related content, non-consensual content, violent content, or anything that violates this policy.
Buyers must not ask creators to prove their identity in unsafe ways, share personal details, meet in person, reveal private information, or move transactions outside Feetpik.
A custom request is only allowed if the creator freely agrees to it and the request follows Feetpik rules.
6. Custom Requests
Custom content requests must be clear, respectful, legal, and consensual.
Creators are allowed to decline any custom request for any reason. Buyers may not pressure creators after a request is declined.
Custom requests may not include:
Minor-related themes.
Non-consensual themes.
Coercion or blackmail.
Violence or serious harm.
Illegal activity.
Requests for private personal information.
Requests to move payment outside Feetpik.
Requests involving another person without their consent.
Feetpik may review custom requests if they are reported, suspicious, or connected to a dispute.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
Feetpik is designed to support privacy, but users must also protect themselves.
You may not post another person’s personal information without permission. This includes real names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, workplace details, social media accounts, private photos, payment details, IDs, documents, or location information.
You may not dox, threaten to dox, or encourage others to identify a user outside Feetpik.
Creators may choose how much they want to reveal publicly. Buyers must respect those boundaries.
8. Verification and Account Integrity
Feetpik may require users to verify their identity, age, email, payment method, or other account details.
You may not submit fake documents, edited documents, stolen documents, or documents belonging to another person.
You may not create multiple accounts to avoid bans, limits, disputes, chargebacks, moderation decisions, or verification requirements.
You may not sell, rent, share, transfer, or give access to your account to another person.
9. Reviews, Ratings, and Marketplace Trust
Reviews and ratings must be honest.
You may not post fake reviews, buy reviews, threaten users for reviews, offer rewards for dishonest reviews, or use multiple accounts to manipulate reputation.
Buyers should only review content or creators they actually interacted with. Creators may not pressure buyers to leave a positive review.
Feetpik may remove reviews that are abusive, fake, misleading, irrelevant, or used to harass another user.
10. Messaging Rules
Messages must follow the same rules as public content.
You may not use private messages to send prohibited content, request prohibited content, harass users, spam users, scam users, threaten users, or move transactions outside Feetpik in a way that violates our rules.
Private messages are not a rule-free area. If a message is reported or flagged for safety reasons, Feetpik may review it according to our moderation and privacy practices.
11. Prohibited Commercial Activity
You may not use Feetpik to promote unrelated services, scams, illegal products, financial schemes, escort services, trafficking, drugs, weapons, stolen accounts, fake documents, or any business that violates our rules.
Feetpik is for foot-related digital content and marketplace interactions. Users who use the platform mainly to redirect traffic to unrelated or unsafe services may be removed.
12. AI-Generated or Edited Content
AI-generated or heavily edited content must not mislead users.
You may not use AI to create fake images of real people without permission. You may not use AI to create, suggest, imitate, or sexualize minors. You may not use AI to impersonate another creator or celebrity.
If content is edited in a way that significantly changes what the buyer is receiving, the listing should be clear and not deceptive.
13. Reporting Violations
Users can report content, profiles, messages, transactions, or behavior that may violate this policy.
Feetpik may investigate reports and take action based on the situation. This may include removing content, warning users, limiting features, suspending accounts, banning accounts, canceling transactions, or contacting law enforcement when required.
False reports, abusive reports, or reports made to harass another user may also lead to account action.
14. Enforcement
Feetpik may take action when we believe a user has violated this policy, our Terms of Service, our community rules, or applicable law.
Actions may include:
Removing content.
Hiding listings.
Restricting messages.
Canceling or reversing transactions where appropriate.
