Feetpik is committed to maintaining a safe, lawful, and age-restricted platform. Access to Feetpik is intended only for adults, and creators who publish content through the platform must be at least eighteen (18) years old.

Any real person appearing in any visual content on Feetpik that may be subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time the content was created.

User-Generated Content

Feetpik primarily operates as an online platform that allows verified adult users to upload, publish, sell, and share their own content.

For content submitted by users, Feetpik does not act as the original producer of such material. The applicable user, creator, or uploader is responsible for the content they create, submit, publish, or make available through the platform, including maintaining any required records under applicable law.

Feetpik’s role with respect to user-submitted content is limited to providing online services such as hosting, storage, transmission, display, formatting, moderation, and access to the platform. Content made available on Feetpik is uploaded or submitted by third-party users acting on their own behalf.

Feetpik reserves the right to review, restrict, remove, or disable access to any content that violates applicable law, our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, creator rules, consent requirements, age-verification standards, or any other platform policy.

Platform Verification and Safety Requirements

Feetpik requires creators to comply with our age, identity, consent, and content-safety requirements before they are permitted to use the platform as sellers or content creators.

Creators may only upload content involving themselves or content for which they have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents. Content involving minors, non-consensual material, impersonation, exploitation, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

Feetpik may request additional information, documentation, or verification where needed to confirm compliance with platform rules or applicable legal requirements.

Content Produced or Commissioned by Feetpik

To the extent Feetpik creates, commissions, licenses, purchases, or otherwise obtains promotional, advertising, marketing, or other non-user-generated content that may fall within the scope of 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, or 28 C.F.R. Part 75, Feetpik maintains the required records for such content through its designated records custodian.

This may include, where applicable, promotional images, advertisements, website materials, social media creatives, or other materials created or obtained by Feetpik for the purpose of promoting the platform.

Digital Records and Records Custodian

Feetpik maintains applicable records in a secure digital format. Where required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, such records include digital copies of identification documents and are organized so they can be cross-referenced by performer, creator account, content identifier, URL, title, or other relevant identifying information.

The designated Records Custodian is responsible for maintaining, managing, and authenticating the applicable digital records.
